Terms of stay

We are delighted to welcome you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our Homestay Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are designed to maintain comfort, safety, and harmony during your stay.

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is made.
  • A minimum down payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 1 day before check-in.
  • For bookings made on the day before or on the check-in date, full payment is required immediately.
  • Payments can be made via Bank Mandiri (1370012276032, Anzelynastiti) or QRIS.
  • Guests must provide proof of payment to our admin at 085743742289 (Homestay in Jogja).

Policies

  • Guests are not allowed to reschedule or replace units.
  • Payments made are non-refundable.
  • Guests bringing pets will be charged Rp150,000 per pet.
  • Free overcapacity: 1 person per bedroom without extra facilities. Additional guests will be charged Rp50,000 per person per night.
  • Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is allowed if there are no bookings before or after, with an extra charge of Rp50,000/hour.
  • No loud noise is allowed after 10:00 PM.

Once you submit the form, make payment, and lock the date, our admin will send you a booking confirmation and invoice.

  • The reservation will be confirmed once we receive your booking details.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • Any changes or cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

Thank you for choosing our property for your travel plans. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to check in according to your reservation schedule. In line with our cancellation policy, your booking is recorded as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule. However, we’ll be happy to assist you if you’d like to make a new booking, and you may receive a discount or similar offer 😊
